- Relaxation techniques: yoga nidra; progressive relaxation and

on-job relaxation.

- Healing with spontaneous massage: releasing blocked energies

Workshop leader Dusanka Tomsic is a professional relaxation therapist and stress counsellor, spiritual and energy healer, shiatsu and therapeutic massage therapist. She has spent recent years studying, practicing and teaching self-healing techniques. In this workshop she will teach you how to apply healing to yourself. Her gift and intuition will support you on this wondrous inner journey to your true self.

The Workshop Venue

The property is in the heart of the Sabine Hills, just north of Rome near Umbria, set amidst olive groves, woodlands and a rolling landscape. The surrounding area is unspoilt farmland and the house and grounds are peaceful and quiet.

The grounds comprise seven lush acres with a natural spring and pond. There are spaces indoors and out for yoga, meditation and reading. Accommodation is in two beautifully restored 17th century stone farmhouses with terraces which open out to a gentle panorama of olive groves, fruit trees and stunning sunsets. The medieval village of Torri in Sabina (1000 inhabitants) is three kilometres away.

Accommodation

Rooms are beautifully designed in a natural style – a combination of old and new. Furnishings and fabrics complement the buildings and their setting, creating a calming and comfortable environment.

We can accommodate up to 18 people on the holiday. Bedrooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

There will be at least two hours workshop in the morning and two hours later in the afternoon. A free time in between can be spent for Treatments, relaxation, reflection or writing about your experience Š cheering up with dancing, light meditation or sharing in the evening.
